My name is Trish Herd, I am a professional dressmaker I make wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride outfits, prom, evening and cocktail dresses. I specialise in the making of bespoke bridal gowns to the specifications of each individual bride. Providing a one to one service, to ensure the bridal gown is everything the bride dreams off. This starts with a consoltation where the bride gives me all the relevent information to create her bridal gown, I will then sketch the bridal gown in detail this will give the bride an isight to what her bridal gown should look like. when the design is complete, we then dicuss the type of fabrics which will be most suitable for the design. The next stage is to make a toile, this is a cotton outline of the wedding gown. This is a chance to view the shape and style and is an insight to the look of the final gown.  I also make all types of bridesmaid dresses,  from small bridesmaid through to adult bridesmaids and materinity bridesmaids. You can choose from a collection of fabrics to suit all types of garments. Mothers of the Bride can feel extra special with a bespoke outfit created especially for her!  Also a collection of fine silks and fabrics too choose from. much in the same way the bridal gown is created this applys to mother of the bride and mother of the grooms outfits.

We have an extensive range of Headdresses and Tiaras from Pearl to Silk Flowers, Crystal and Diamonte.Veils are available in two or three tiers and can be fully bouffant, half gathered or flat. They can be trimmed with drop pearls, drop crystals or embroidery, to complement the bridal gown.
